Shupak & Co is not authorised under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, but we are able in certain circumstances to offer a limited range of investment services to clients because we are members of The Law Society of England and Wales. We can provide these investment services if they are an incidental part of the professional services which we have been engaged to provide. This is also the case where such investment services may be reasonably regarded as a necessary part of our legal services. If for any reason we are unable to resolve a problem with a client in relation to such investment services, the client may utilise the complaints and redress mechanisms provided through the Solicitors Regulation Authority and the Legal Complaints Service.
